Iran, Afghanistan Sign Joint Border Agreement

At the end of the joint cooperation meeting between Sistan and Baluchestan of the Islamic Republic of Iran and Nimruz province of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, the second memorandum of understanding was signed.
