Waha Oil Raises Processed Gas at Libya's Al-Faragh Field

Waha Oil Company reported that it has achieved a new technical milestone at the Al-Faragh field with the successful completion of the connection and commissioning of the second phase of the gas separation filter on Monday 24 August.

The successful connection and commissioning of the filter has increased the amount of gas processed from approximately 150 million cubic feet per day to 184 million cubic feet per day, an increase of 34 million cubic feet per day.

This enhances the readiness of the gas processing and separation system and increases its operational capacity to handle larger quantities.

Waha said this work was carried out with the highest levels of efficiency and safety, as part of the company's efforts to develop its operational capabilities and enhance the efficiency of its production system.
