Iran's Oil Ministry Launches HR Strategy Hub

Ministry of Oil inaugurated the Human Resources House (HR-House), a strategic research and policy center established to serve as the intellectual and analytical arm of the ministry's deputy for management development and human capital at the Institute for International Energy Studies.

The HR-House was officially opened Sunday during a ceremony attended by Sediqeh Khazaei, deputy for management development and human capital at the Ministry of Oil, and Mohammad Sadegh Jokar, head of the Institute for International Energy Studies.

The center's mission includes monitoring and analyzing emerging trends, challenges and key issues affecting human resources, addressing research needs, providing advisory services and policy recommendations, supporting the development of human capital management across the ministry, and expanding collaboration with think tanks specializing in human resources.

Established through a partnership between the Ministry of Oil's deputy for management development and human capital and the Institute for International Energy Studies, the HR-House aims to strengthen problem-solving capacity and foster professional collaboration in human resources. It is designed to support senior decision-makers by providing research-based insights for HR policymaking and strategic decision-making. - Shana
