Iran's Oil Ministry Spox Denies Minister Resignation

The Iranian Oil Ministry will not be swayed by psychological warfare or rumor campaigns, the ministry's public relations chief and spokesperson said Tuesday, dismissing attempts to spread misinformation.

In a post on the social media platform X, Oil Ministry spokesperson Saman Ghodousi said a group of individuals was attempting to advance worn-out agendas through rumor-mongering while Oil Minister Mohsen Paknejad continued to carry out the ministry's responsibilities.

Ghodousi said Paknejad remains fully engaged in fulfilling the Oil Ministry's critical mission of serving the Iranian people and emphasized that the ministry would not be influenced by what he called psychological warfare. - Shana
