Iraqi Prime Minister Mohammed S. Al-Sudani held meetings with representatives of Aero Vodochody, a Czech aircraft manufacturer, and UNIS, a company specializing in oil, gas processing, and petrochemical industries, during his official visit to the Czech Republic.Discussions centered on enhancing cooperation and establishing integrated partnerships with specialized international firms to strengthen Iraq's aircraft maintenance sector and advance oil and gas processing projects.Al-Sudani reaffirmed Iraq's commitment to deepening ties with Czech companies, highlighting their expertise and potential contributions to industrial development in Iraq. He also emphasized the government's support for investment and its focus on localizing industries by providing necessary facilities and incentives.According to a statement from UNIS:"The joint meeting focused on the successful activities of UNIS in petrochemical projects in Iraq in the past years and the possibilities of coming into force the signed contract for the supply of NHT and CCR units to the Basra refinery."
