The symposium focused on renewable energy sources and efficient energy utilization, gathering experts, policymakers, diplomats, researchers, and stakeholders to discuss Kuwait’s sustainability goals.

Samira Al-Kandari, Director of the General Authority of the National Development Agency, highlighted Kuwait’s commitment to partnering with the European Union to enhance technological diversity and promote efficient energy solutions. The Kuwaiti Ambassador to the European Union, Anstinen, reaffirmed the EU’s support in helping Kuwait achieve its 2030 renewable energy targets through collaborative efforts.
