Saudi KSrelief, UNDP Continue Vocational & Business Skills Training in Yemen

Saudi Arabia's King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) has launched the second phase of the Vocational and Business Skills Training and Support Project in Yemen in collaboration with the United Nations Development Program (UNDP). The project involves training 1,500 young people from 24 directorates in nine Yemeni governorates in vocational, technical, and business skills.

It includes skills in food production, textiles, hand weaving, boat engine repair, solar energy system maintenance and installation, as well as vocational kits to help the beneficiaries establish their own businesses after completing the training. Meanwhile, KSrelief distributed more than 664 tons of food aid in the Yemeni Governorate of Marib, benefiting 43,449 people and more than 166 tons in the Punjab Province and the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Province in Pakistan, benefiting 12,250 people.
