Iranian Carmakers Capable of Manufacturing 10,000 Buses Annually

The secretary of the Iran Vehicle Manufacturers Association (IVMA) said the country’s automakers have the capacity to manufacture 10,000 buses annually, however, this capacity has not been fully realized, IRIB reported.

Mentioning the benefits of domestic production of public vehicles, Ahmad Ne’mat-Bakhsh called on government authorities to sign long-term deals with domestic manufacturers to support the production of such vehicles inside the country. – Tehran Times
