Milaha has won eight prestigious international Health, Safety, and Environment Management awards from British Safety Council (BSC). Milaha has been awarded by the British Safety Council four of each of the prestigious “Sword of Honour” and “Globe of Honour”. Milaha has now been awarded the Sword of Honour for a fifth consecutive year and the Globe of Honour for a fourth consecutive year.Milaha was one of only four organizations worldwide that won the “double”, both the Sword of Honor and Globe of Honor in 2022, and the only one to win multiple (4) of these. "Since the Covid pandemic broke out in 2020, international companies faced tremendous health, safety, and environmental challenges. As a pioneering company, Milaha also has experienced the same challenges," said Mohamed Abdulla Swidan, interim president and chief executive officer of Milaha.However, the company managed to overcome them by implementing strict health, safety, and environment management precautionary measures which led at the end to winning these BSC’s awards, he said.
