Libya’s observed crude and condensate shipments slipped slightly in October, but exceeded 1.1m b/d for a second straight month after recovering from a slump that began in March.The country loaded 1.15m b/d in October, down from a revised 1.19m b/d in September. Italy was the biggest destination, taking one-third of the volume shipped, followed by Spain and the Netherlands, which each accounted for about 10% Libya’s exports.
