Oman, Iran Explore Cooperation in Transport, Communications, IT Sector

The two sides reviewed areas of cooperation in the fields of transport, communications and information technology and ways of enhancing them to serve the interests of the two countries.
The two countries of Iran and Oman stressed the need to strengthen cooperation in the field of transportation infrastructures. During the meeting, the two sides emphasized the need for developing cooperation in the field of maritime transportation and also regional and trans-regional transit.
