Iran Building Recreational Boats for Qatar World Cup 2022

Iranian shipyards are building several recreational boats for Qatar due to be used by guests during the 2022 FIFA World Cup. “The construction of the first vessel is nearing completion and the body of the second vessel has been completed and the main deck and passenger hall are currently being installed,” Managing-Director of Hormouzgan Ports and Maritime Organization Alireza Mohammadi Karajiran said on Sunday. “The recreational boats are to go into service during the FIFA World Cup in Qatar,” he added. Mohammadi Karajiran said that the hull of the third vessel will be taken out of the mold next month to be followed by the completion of its other parts. The 2022 FIFA World Cup is scheduled to be the 22nd edition of the FIFA World Cup, the quadrennial international men's association football championship contested by the national teams of the member associations of FIFA.
