Iran, Qatar Keen on Cooperation in Transport Industry


Qatar Minister of Transport and Communications Jassim Saif Ahmed Al-Sulaiti met with the Minister of Roads and Urban Development of the Islamic Republic of Iran Mohammad Eslami, in Tehran on Monday. The two ministers discussed aspects of cooperation in the fields of transportation, ports and aviation services and ways of further enhancing them, in addition to several topics of common interest between the two friendly countries. Eslami said that Iran welcomes any mutual understanding and cooperation with the Qatari government in the field of transportation and believes that this cooperation can be fruitful and constructive for both sides and for all countries in the region. - IRNA, motc.gov.qa
