Fire at Libyan Refinery Contained

A fire caused by a technical fault in the asphalt tank at Libya's Zawiya Refinery was brought under control and no one was hurt, the National Oil Corporation (NOC) announced on Friday. The statement said the NOC board had ordered a full investigation.
