Qatar Petroleum Sells March-Loading Al-Shaheen Crude at Lower Premiums

Qatar Petroleum (QP) has sold three cargoes of March-loading al-Shaheen crude at an average premium of around US$2.60 a barrel to Dubai quotes via a spot tender, three trade sources said on Thursday. The cargoes were sold in a premium range of US$2.50-US$2.90 a barrel.

The buyers of the cargoes were not immediately known. The three 500,000-barrel cargoes were offered to load over March 1-2, 19-21 and 26-30.

Last month, QP sold two cargoes of February-loading al-Shaheen crude at an average premium of US$3.66 a barrel to Dubai quotes via a spot tender.
